Entry Requirements : • Require 55% or above in Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate area. • or in exceptional circumstances, three years’ or more significant managerial experience. Holders of CIPD Graduate Membership, or postgraduate qualifications in either HRM or general management, may be entitled to exemptions through the fast-track programme. Applicants may be required to attend an interview.
