Entry Requirements : Require 55% or above in Graduation Degree or an equivalent qualification in a built environment discipline, such as civil engineering, construction, surveying or architecture. Applicants with first degrees in other disciplines are considered on an individual basis. Applicants should also have corporate membership of an appropriate design, property or construction profession.
