Entry Requirements : • Require 53% and above in bachelor degree in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Construction, Building Management, Building or related award title., if student interviewed successfully by UCLan staff member and this documented on application. • Require 55% and above in bachelor degree in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, Construction, Building Management, Building or related award title.,if not interviewed,3% margin to be considered by UCLan staff based on reputation of institution, work experience etc. • Applicants with good Masters but just below 50% Bachelor Degree to be considered for admission on a case by case basis by the Admissions Tutor. • Require 70% and above in English in Standard XII. • A professional qualification deemed to be equivalent will also be considered
